Creamy Yogurt Dip
1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced green onion with top
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Assorted fresh vegetables
Use medium bowl, stir together yogurt,
mayonnaise, onion and garlic powder until well blended. Gently stir in
eggs until well combined. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors. Serve
with vegetables.
